Overall this really is an amazing product. I see people complain about battery life, but if you take the time and charge them properly the first time then you will get MUCH better results. The LED indicators on the side make it so easy now, compared to the original kit, to keep up with charging.
The only real complaint i have is the shipping. Sometimes it takes forever, sometimes it is at my door before USPS ever scans it in. I really like the new free FedEx option for orders over $100.
All in all, I LOVE BLU. Great flavors, looking forward to the new ones soon! Customer support has always treated me well, and take care of me.
